The initial onboarding charge for 360° Property Management is 1.25× one month's rent (+ applicable 18% GST) as a one-time fee per rental cycle. If the same tenant continues into subsequent years, the annual renewal fee drops to 0.5× one month's rent (+ GST).

For property sale transactions, our commission is 2% (+ GST) of the total sale value for leads sourced by PropPune, or 1% (+ GST) for buyer leads provided directly by the property owner. An advance non-refundable service fee of ₹10,000 (+ GST) is payable at onboarding, which is adjusted against the final commission at Sale Deed execution.

No. PropPune maintains 100% price transparency. Maintenance and repair expenses incurred on behalf of the owner are billed at actual vendor invoice costs. There are no additional hidden charges or margins

We handle government-approved online Leave & License e-registration in Maharashtra. Our executive visits the property or your residence with portable biometric scanners for thumbprint and web-camera verification for both landlord and tenant. The agreement is then digitally signed and registered with the Maharashtra Department of Registration and Stamps.
